This policy explains what information Blaise Analytics ("we", "us") collects through blaiseanalytics.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately simple: we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
Technical information. When you submit the form, our server records your IP address and the time of submission. We use this only to prevent spam and abuse (for example, to limit repeated submissions).
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't run analytics or marketing cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- To discuss and provide our services, if you choose to engage us.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Who handles it
Form submissions are stored on our own server and forwarded to us by email. To run the site and receive your messages, we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which delivers the website and may process connection data such as IP addresses to provide security and performance.
- Google (Gmail), which delivers the email notifications we receive from the contact form and handles the email you send us directly.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions stored on our server are automatically deleted after 12 months. The email notification we receive for each submission stays in our mailbox until we delete it, so we may keep a copy of an inquiry (for example, if it becomes a client relationship) for longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this site and restricted access to our server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial or confidential data through the contact form. We'll arrange a secure way to share data when we work together.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we'll honor those requests.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
